The Curing Candida Program
My approach to Curing Candida combines knowledge of Eastern medicines, mindfulness, and Western knowledge of “gut health”, along with my personal experience healing my own Candida and that of my clients.
The “Curing Candida” coaching program is designed to help you rebalance your gut and create a lifestyle where you no longer suffer from candida overgrowth. Part of the program evolves making dietary changes, but it is also about slow downing, reconnecting, and returning to yourself.
Healing should not be a punishment or feel restrictive, it should enable us to live more free and joyous lives.
Before the First SessionHealth History Questionnaire + Food, Mood & Poop Journal
Before our initial session, you will be asked to complete an online health history questionnaire and 1-week “Food, Mood & Poop” journal. Doing the journal is also an important first step in developing more awareness around your eating habits & emotions, which is the first step of healing candida. These materials will help me to create your personal protocol and get a better picture of the roots of your candida. Each person can have different underlying factors and these materials give us a better picture of your unique situation.
2 month programThe Coaching Sessions
This program includes 4 coaching sessions over the course of 8 weeks. There is an option to add extra sessions if needed for additional fee.

❋ Personalized protocol for healing YOUR candida
After the intake session, you will be sent a personalized protocol that will outline the week-by-week plan for balancing your gut.
The plan will include things like a plan for supplements & when to take them, a diet plan of foods to avoid (& new recipes that can satisfy your cravings), breathwork or mindfulness exercises, journal questions, and explanations.
For the duration of the coaching program, you have access to my support in-between sessions. If you find yourself having questions about what to cook or feeling overwhelmed, I am here for you!
