Single Consultation
This 2-hour online consultation is a great option for anyone who feels that they have fallen off balance with their health and wants guidance to get back on track. You will be asked to share 2–3 specific goals you have as well as a brief history of your problems that will guide the structure of the session and included resources.
This service includes one 2-hour consultation over Zoom tailored to your specific goals that could look like any of the following:
In-depth look at stress and energy levels and how to rebalance
Understanding and supporting your mental health through nutrition
Exploring the relationship between your hormone and gut health issues (and what to do)
Help adapting to a gluten-free diet (and what to cook!)
All consultations will include some personalized print materials: a mini protocol/meal plan, recipe booklet, and mindfulness exercises.
Love Yourself, Love Your (Leaky) Gut Program
If you have spent years struggling with bloating, indigestion, weight loss/gain, food allergies, brain fog, anxiety/depression, weak immune system, skin issues, and/or disordered eating… THIS 8-WEEK PROGRAM IS FOR YOU.
The gut healing program asks you to reflect on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual imbalances in your life to understand the root causes of your symptoms. You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and food diary prior to the consultation.
This service includes 4 consultations over Zoom delivered over 8 weeks, print materials, and support via Whatsapp/Email. The program sessions will generally follow the following structure (adapted to your needs), with option to add additional sessions.
Initial Consultation (90 min–2 h, Week 1)
2nd Consultation: Personal Protocol + Foundations of Healing (60 min, Week 2)
3rd Consultation: What’s Working and What Isn’t? Reflections + Sustainable Practices (60 min, Week 4–6)
4th Consultation: Food as Medicine: Cooking Seminar (60 min, Week 7–8)
This program includes the Leaky Gut and Candida Guide (valued at $75), weekly reflection questions or mindfulness exercises, a personalized protocol, and recipe booklets.
